What if I like a dress by a designer but it isnt on your website?

Great, we love suggestions, so please email enquiries@myfashionaffair.com.au with the designer and garment name and we will do our best to source the dress for you.

How long can I borrow a dress for?

Borrow time begins when the garment is delivered to you. Borrow time is 4 days, you must contact the courier company on the 4th day to schedule return pick up.

How do I return the garment?

To make it as easy as possible for you, all instructions  are included with your pacakge. you simply need to call the courier company and schedule collection time. return delviery is paid for.

What if I want to borrow the garment for a longer period?

Not a problem, your credit card will be charged another ‘borrow’ period if the courier company is not contacted to collect the garment. Should you already know you will require the garment for longer, for a holiday etc, simply email us and we will charge you accordingly.

When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card will be charged once youve proceeded through Paypal and we have confirmed garment availabilty. Prior to the dress being shipped.

What is included with the dress delivery?

You will receive all the information you require about begginning your affair, how to enjoy it, and also how to care for the garment. Return instructions and details about becoming an Affair VIP.

I saw a garment on the site, but now it isnt available? How do I ensure I can borrow the garment when I want?

The garment may be out on hire, however we do have a wait list, simply complete the details and the dress can be reserved for a minimum deposit.

What is the ‘wait list’?

The wait list is where you can reserve the dress you love for the special occassion you may have coming up, and dont want to risk the dress being unavailable. If you choose to reserve a garment a 25% deposit is required to hold your booking and is not redeemable on cancellations.

Ive fallen deeply in love with the dress Ive borrowed, can I purchase it?

Email enquiries@myfahsionaffair.com.au and we can evaluate your request. All dresses will be for sale eventually, so we can add you to a mailing notification list for when your chosen dress goes on sale.
