HIRE TERMS
Period of Hire
You have use of the product for 3 days following receipt of the product.
My Fashion Affair reserves the right to amend the period of hire at any time.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST and delivery charges.
Payment is made via PayPal only by electronic funds transfer or credit card. You will be required to provide your credit card details as security for late return, failure to return or damage to the product hired.
My Fashion Affair reserves the right to amend the product prices at any time.
Sizing
My Fashion Affair will not provide a refund if the product does not fit. If you have any queries regarding sizing, please email My Fashion Affair on enquiries@myfashionaffair.com.au prior to ordering.
Delivery & Return of Hire Items
Once confirmation of payment is received and dress availability confirmed, your product will be forwarded to you by courier within 1-2 business days.
You then have use of the product for the following 3 days.
You must contact the courier and arrange for the product to be collected no later than 5.00pm on the 4th day after receipt of the product. Failure to contact the courier on the 5th day after receipt of the product will mean that the product will be returned late, and a further borrowing term will be charged to your credit card.
My Fashion Affair reserves the right to amend the way products are delivered, including associated delivery fees and charges, at any time.
Returns & Exchanges
All orders are final and non-refundable.
FAQ
- Is the product hired brand new?
No, the product is not brand new but are kept in an as new condition. My Fashion Affair asks that you treat the product as if they were your own. Please note any damage to the product will incur additional fees being charged to your credit card.
- Can I purchase the product Ive hired?
Please email My Fashion Affair on enquiries@myfashionaffair.com.au if you would like to purchase the product you have borrowed and we will review your request.
- What if the product Ive hired doesnt fit?
My Fashion Affair does not provide refunds or exchanges. Please email My Fashion Affair on enquiries@myfashionaffair.com.au prior to ordering if you have any queries with regards to sizing.
- When will my product be sent?
Once we have confirmed that the product you have selected is available, My Fashion Affair will process funds via PayPal. Once payment has been received the product will be couriered to you.
- Can you deliver to my postal box?
As My Fashion Affair delivers products order via courier, we are unable to deliver to a postal box as a signature is required on collection of the product.
- Can I track my delivery?
Yes, you can track your delivery. If you would like the tracking number of your order please email your request to My Fashion Affair on enquiries@myfashionaffair.com.au.
- What if I return my product late?
Products must be collected by the courier on the 4th day after delivery. If you do not contact the courier and the garment is not collected by 5.00pm on the 4th day after delivery, another borrowing term will be charged to your credit card.
- What happens if the product is returned damaged?
If the product is returned damaged you will be required to pay the cost of fixing the damage. If however the damage is beyond repair, you will be required to pay the full Recommended Retail Price minus the borrowing fee. These costs will be charged to your credit card.
- What happens if I lose the product or dont return the product?
The full Recommended Retail Price minus the borrowing fee will be charged to your credit card if you lose or dont return the product.
Please note you must be 18 years of age to use our website and place an order.
